Terms and Conditions

By registering for the APAC Coaching Conference 2025, you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration & Payment

  • All registrations are confirmed only upon full payment of the conference fee.

  • Prices are per participant and inclusive of 8% SST.

2. Cancellation & Substitution Policy

  • Registration is strictly non-refundable.

  • Registration is transferable to another individual.

  • Substitution requests must be emailed to admin@apac.teamcoach.com.my at least 7 days before the event.

  • Substitutions require organizer approval and full participant details.

  • If the substitute does not qualify for the original ticket category (e.g. APAC Member or Student rate):

    • The difference must be topped up based on the current standard rate at the time of substitution.

    • This applies to early bird or special rate ticket transfers as well.

3. Event Changes

  • The organizer reserves the right to adjust the agenda, speakers, venue, or schedule without prior notice.

  • If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer may offer a refund or future event credit.

4. Code of Conduct

  • All participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

  • The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

5. Photography & Recording

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.

  • To opt out, please inform the registration team during check-in.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Your registration details will be used for event communication and updates from APAC and Teamcoach International.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

7. Liability

  • The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses during or related to the event.

  • This includes travel, accommodation, or personal belongings.

8. Time Zone & Deadlines

  • All timelines, deadlines, schedules, and pricing (including Early Bird or promotional rates) are based on GMT+8 (Malaysia/Singapore Time Zone).

  • Participants are responsible for adjusting for their local time zones.
